Why not just use a bigger CRM?
If your business genuinely needs a large enterprise suite, a larger CRM may well be the right answer, and we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing. Workden is for businesses that want the core tools without the complexity and cost that come with a platform built to do everything.
What does Workden cost?
Workden Pro is £10.99 per month for your whole team — there is no per-seat charge. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. We collect card details at signup so the trial rolls into a subscription without interrupting your work, but nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
From billing settings inside Workden, in one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not ask you to email anyone or sit through a retention call.
Is there a free plan?
No — one plan, one price, and a genuine 14-day trial of the whole product. We would rather do that than build a free tier that quietly withholds the useful half.
