Conversations
When a customer replies, everyone knows.
Email a customer from Workden and it goes out as you. When they write back, the reply lands on their page, so whoever picks up next can see what was asked and what was promised.
No more “did anyone get back to Tom?”
Replies come back with Outlook and most other mailboxes. With Gmail, your sent emails are saved and replies stay in Gmail.
Tom Hale
RepliedHi Tom, your order went out this morning. It should be with you by Thursday.
Perfect, thank you. Could I add two more of the mugs to the next one?
Saved to Tom’s record. The whole shop can see it was answered.

Reminders
It taps you on the shoulder.
A task from a colleague, an order that has gone quiet, something due to close this week. Workden brings it to you, so the important thing is not buried under the recent thing.

One tab, not three
The jobs you would open three tools for.
A shop that grows usually ends up with a tool for newsletters, another for customers and a third for chasing sales, each with its own login and its own copy of your customers. Workden does those jobs from one place.

Also in the box
The small things that make it easy to live with.
Bring the whole team
Invite everyone who works with you. The price does not change, and each person gets the access their role needs.
Start from your spreadsheet
Import the customer list you already keep and carry on from where you are, not from zero.
Find anyone in a second
Type a name, an email or a company and go straight to their page.
A nudge when it matters
When a colleague hands you a task, you hear about it once, not forty times.
Works on your phone
Check an order or look up a customer from the shop floor, the van or the sofa.
Looked after properly
Your shop’s workspace is yours alone, backed up every night.
On the way.
A few things we are still building. We would rather tell you now than have you find out later.
