Terms of service
Last updated 31 August 2026
The agreement
These terms apply between Workden and the organisation or person who creates a Workden workspace. Creating a workspace means you accept them.
The service
Workden is a customer relationship management application provided over the web. What it does is described on this website. Features marked as planned or in development are not part of what you are buying today, and you should not subscribe on the expectation that a particular one will arrive by a particular date.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
- You must not use Workden to break the law or to store data you have no right to hold.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store information about the people you record in your CRM.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page.
- New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Card details are collected at signup and nothing is charged during the trial.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- We do not refund part-months, because access continues for the whole period you paid for.
- If we change our prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice before it affects them.
Your data
The information you put into Workden is yours. We store and process it in order to provide the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use the contents of your CRM to train models.
Ask and we will export your data. If you cancel, your workspace remains available until the end of the paid period; contact us before then if you need an export.
Availability
We work to keep Workden available and take nightly encrypted backups, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Maintenance may occasionally interrupt the service.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is being used to harm others, and we will tell you why when we do.
Liability
Workden is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
